MANSFIELD PIONEERS' DESCENDANT OPENS REAL ESTATE OFFICE

Johnny Bratton
Six years after selling his very successful Bratton Group Real Estate to a large metroplex franchise owned real estate company in 1998, Johnny Bratton opened his second real estate company, Bratton and Associates Realty.

After graduating from Mansfield High School in 1965, two years in the U. S. Army, and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting in 1976, Johnny left a 13 year career at the Mansfield Post Office as the Superintendent of Postal Operations to begin a real estate career selling real estate in the Mansfield area. His first full year, 1986, found him as the Arlington Board of Realtors' Rookie of the Year and later the Arlington Board of Realtors Top Real Estate Team in the 1990's. Mr. Bratton considers serving all his wonderful clients with professionalism and teamwork a privilege and responsibility which has allowed him to sell over 100 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate. Living and working in his hometown where the housing and commercial construction market is booming now still brings back memories seeing his uncle, Forrest Bratton, build houses and offices all over Mansfield just like his great-grandfather, William Bratton, did in the 1800's and his grandfather, Ward Bratton, did in the early 1900's when Mansfield was a very young town. Johnny even has in his office a snow-capped mountain scene painted by James McKnight, who donated land for Mansfield's McKnight Park, was a Mansfield real estate broker , an insurance agent, and a very close friend to Forrest Bratton. Mr. McKnight who officed and also gave to the City of Mansfield the building in which the Mansfield Historical Museum is located and now owned by the Mansfield Historical Society lived directly across the street from the Bratton office in the current home of Dale and Leslie Kalupa who will be operating in not to distant future a barber shop, leather shop, a rare gift shop, and a bakery.

The Bratton team looks forward to serving the Mansfield area that includes four different counties; southeast Tarrant, southwest Dallas, northwest Ellis, and northeast Johnson. In addition to the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems Multiple Listing Service. He and his associates can help you select an agent if you are moving out of the area.

Natalie Wickman
Natalie grew up in the Riverside area of Fort Worth but calls Mansfield her home now. She loves the down-to-earth people of Mansfield and the "out in the country" feeling  Mansfield offers.  Natalie has never met a stranger and you will see why when you meet her.

She is the proud mother of a son, Christopher, now in the Navy.  She also has an 18 year old daughter, Lauren, who is a superb waitress at a local restaurant, while attending college.  Max, the wonder dog, is her adorable English Springer Spaniel.

Natalie enjoys working with both sellers and buyers and takes pride in offering excellent customer service and enjoys staying in touch with her clients even after the sale. You will find Natalie extremely friendly and knowledgeable throughout the sales process.
